Filter is not working
I want to speak to a live person. I just spent $1300 and my filter is not functioning.
For this amount of money I expect to have somebody to speak to.
Ive spent 20 minutes going in circles on apps chat, etc. You need to have customer support for this amount of money being spent

I just purchased this Gardyn system, and it arrived at my doorstep yesterday evening. I just opened it up today, only to find a brand-new system damaged and dirty straight out of the box.
Not only that, but I've contacted the company only to receive a generated email response with no real contact from an actual person.
There are no customer service numbers, nor did anyone reply back to the chat via the support help inside the website. Already, this company has me second guessing my purchase and I will also leave this review on Google for others to beware and be warned.

After 2 days someone from Gardyn called me and after I complained that my 23 month old pump had failed he promised to send me a new deck FOR FREE. Well the new deck came after 3 weeks but now I find that they have billed me for $751.17!!THEIR PRODUCT IS ELEGANTLY DESIGNED BUT THE PARTS ARE THIRD RATE AND THEIR CONTACT PROCESS IS TERRIBLE.
I AM NOW ONLY INTERESTED IN RETURNING THAT DECK AND ENDING MY PARTICIPATION WITH GARDYN ONCE AND FOR ALL! 818-263-****
I have 36 lovely mature plants that are receiving no water. This is the second time in six months that I have had water problems without timely help!

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. The replacement “deck” is installed but still not fully operational - the water pump is not operating
IT HAS BEEN NOW MORE THAN A WEEK AND I HAVE STILL NOT HEARD FROM ANYONE AT GARDYN!
Gardyn has a pretty (and expensive) outward look, but their quality of parts is very substandard. They have no customer access phone number.
Week after week of complaining, they might finally call and promise a free resolution, but in the end, they charge you a fortune. Poor quality, nonexistent customer service, lying reps!

I just purchased this Gardyn system and it arrived yesterday evening. I just unboxed it only to find that some parts of the system is damaged and dirty.
This is a brand new Gardyn studio system and its broken and dirty. This is outrageous and when I contacted customer service, you get an automated message then the phone hangs up. I also left a email and went through customer support chat and now just waifor a response.
For how expensive these systems are, you would think that you are getting something brand new and undamaged. I guess not!

Ordered a Gardyn Studio for my daughter for Xmas. As of today (2/1/24), I'm still missing pieces to assemble the item.
We've never even been able to use it! I have been sent 5 incorrect parts, have had to wait 2 days for a response each time I try to contact customer service.
I have spelled it out with photos, descriptions, marker circles, etc but Gardyn just can't figure things out. This is possibly the worst customer service experience of my life!

Resolved: My lid needs to be replaced

Power surge, reset button does not work, need new lid unless there is a fuse somewhere. Tried reconnecting, turned off and on, unplugged waited 20 minutes plugged back in etc.

Verified ReviewerThey helped me with setting up and helped me through respond to my emails called. I am very happy my plant start growing I am so excited so are my family. If this be productive enough I may add more.
My light wasn't working, so I got help. Then the water wasn't working.
I needed to remove the top of the hose with the help of my daughter. The water worked too. The video was helpful. The plastic cover of the light bar came out.
I wasn't sure if it should be on or off. My daughter helped to put it back, and I received help by email stating that it should be on.
Now, everything is in order. My phone is connected to the plants too.

More questions could have been asked. The garden would not connect, but it was the power source that was the problem.

My garden worked great for 11 1/2 months. I got time when my pump went out.
They replaced my pump for no charge. Two months later, my pump went out again. I had to buy a new pump. I've had the unit for over a year and a half now, and once it hits a year, the unit starts to fail.
The sensors don't work for the water level. It has a hard time connecting to the internet in the pumps. I've replaced four. Technical support is horrible.
You have to email back-and-forth to get any support. Whereas, if there was a live person, it would be resolved in one day.
I'm very disappointed with this very expensive unit. Do not buy.
